Funding opportunities

The vast majority of graduate students studying air quality at UC Davis, in all disciplines and graduate groups, receive full financial support including tuition, fees and a salary. In most cases this support comes from extramural grant money provided by the major professor. In addition, there are a number of opportunities for students to receive competitive research fellowships, such as those listed below.

Opportunities for graduate student fellowships:

Atmospheric Aerosols & Health Program – Provides up to two years of full financial support along with the opportunity to take several multidisciplinary, team-based classes that examine air pollution and its effects on human and ecosystem health.

UC Davis Graduate Fellowships – These are available for both new and continuing graduate students.
