Building materials emit a wide range of air pollutants and their precursors into the indoor environment, as do the animals and pests that share these buildings. Additionally, everyday activities, 
such as cooking and cleaning, contribute to household and workplace pollutants. UC Davis students, staff and faculty collaborate to:
- measure pollutants in the indoor environment
- understand the exposures of individuals to these pollutants
- characterize the health effects that they elicit
